Catherine Stanley is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the UK Equities team, responsible for managing a range of retail and institutional  funds with a  specialism in ESG and SMID cap investing. She joined Columbia Threadneedle through the acquisition of BMO GAM (EMEA) in 2021, having previously been with BMO since June 2000. Catherine has been Lead Manager of the CT Responsible UK Equity Fund and the CT Responsible UK Income Fund since 2009, and is Deputy Manager on The Global Smaller Companies Trust. Prior to joining the group, Catherine spent nine years at Framlington, where she managed both retail and institutional UK smaller company funds. She has an MA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Oxford and is a member of the CFA Society of the UK.
