Our online valuation service, myColumbiaThreadneedle, provides your clients with instant password protected access to the value of their investments with us, 24 hours a day, at a time convenient for them – meaning you won’t spend as much time on simple valuations.
My Investments
Provides your clients with access to the latest value of their holdings with us. Valuations can be viewed over different time periods as a total valuation as well as by product or asset class.
Fund Selector
Allows your clients to compare different funds from our range.
Knowledge Centre
provides information to help explain the different types of investments to your clients and includes educational materials and videos.

Existing customers
Linking existing investments
Our clients can link their existing investments with us to their myColumbiaThreadneedle account. To do this, they should call us on 0800 953 0134* and request an activation code.
- Go to www.mycolumbiathreadneedle.com
- Click on Register now where they will need to enter their email address and create a password, memorable place and memorable date, and confirm they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
- Click ‘Have your code? Link investments now.
- Enter their secure activation code and their client reference number (a 10 digit number that can be found on correspondence they have received from us i.e. a recent statement).
- Click ‘Next’. Your client has now created their account. They will not need to use the activation code again. Next time they want to access their account, they will need to enter their email address and password in the login area on the home page.
New customers
Clients who haven’t yet invested
If you have a client who has not yet invested with us, they can still register for myColumbiaThreadneedle by calling us on 0800 953 0134* to find out more.

Adviser valuation service
Unfortunately you cannot currently access your clients’ valuations through myColumbiaThreadneedle. You can, however use our adviser online valuation service where you will be able to view your clients’ holdings with us.
