It benefits for an open A1 non food and part food planning consent and extends to around 180,000 sq ft at ground floor GIA, with 16 retail units, 2 coffee shops and 2 fast food restaurants. Retailers include: Lidl, T K Maxx, M&S Foodhall, Matalan, Argos, Hobbycraft, Next, New Look, Currys PC World, Boots, Mountain Warehouse, Deichmann, Costa, Starbucks, McDonalds and Pizza Hut.
